Please keep in mind when registering for a class:

  1.  Dress for Sweat:  Avoid loose pants they tend to get caught while spinning.  We recommend shorts or leggings.
  2. Fuel Up:  Come to class hydrated and eat a carb rich meal about an hour before class.
  3. Be On Time and Ready:  Arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class so we can show you around the studio and make sure you are ready to Rock and Ride.
  4. Brush up on the Basics:  Check out the blog section of our website.  We feature the latest in indoor cycling techniques, news and health info to help you attain your goals.
